Just earlier this week, Cristiano Ronaldo’s sons and daughter were seen playing football with their father, and one of them was wearing Mbappé’s no. 7 jersey for the defending French Ligue 1 champions, indicating that the young second generation of the five-time Ballon d’Or winner may actually following his father’s footsteps in conquering world football one day!

Cristiano Ronaldo’s Son Wearing Mbappé’s PSG Jersey in Georgina Rodríguez’s Instagram Video
The scene broke the internet when Georgina Rodríguez, shared a video of his partner Ronaldo playing with his three children, in particular Cristiano Ronaldo’s son, six-year-old Mateo was wearing Mbappé’s PSG jersey. Also present in the video were Ronaldo’s other children, 13-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. and Bella Esmeralda, who celebrated her first birthday earlier this year. The 38-year-old Ronaldo also offered a moment of sweet gesture with his youngest child Bella, after the latter gave him a Minnie Mouse headband, in which the Portugal national team captain wore it immediately.
Mateo Ronaldo is of course one of Cristiano Ronaldo’s sons that were results from a couple of surrogacies. After his first child Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. was born in June 2010, the former Sporting CP, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus and current Al-Nassr player became a father to twins that included Eva Maria and Mateo Ronaldo. Since dating 29-year-old Georgina Rodríguez, Ronaldo’s partner also gave birth to three children, namely Alana Martina, Bella and Baby Ángel Ronaldo, in which the baby boy did not manage to live upon delivery.

This was not the first time Cristiano Ronaldo’s son Mateo wore a football jersey of another player or club than his father and his teams. Back in May 2023, the six-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo’s son was famously seen wearing a Barcelona jersey, the archrivals of Ronaldo’s back in his Los Blancos days and where Ronaldo’s lifetime nemesis Lionel Messi played at in the past. In light of this, the 38-year-old had already clarified that he does not mind if his children follow or watch other footballers’ games or videos, in the case of Cristiano Ronaldo Jr., as this is influential for their progress in life.

Ethan Mbappé Debuted for PSG Alongside His Brother
The news that relate with Kylian Mbappé this week are not only about Cristiano Ronaldo’s son wearing his jersey, but also the Frenchman’s young brother’s professional senior debut for Paris Saint-Germain. 16-year-old Ethan Mbappé, whose role is a midfielder, played in PSG’s French Ligue 1 game against FC Metz as a 90+2nd-minute substitute. Although the younger Ethan did not manage to offer the home team any sorts of promising actions during that few minutes of playing time, it was a historical moment for the team as well as the Mbappé family that both Ethan and Kylian were playing at the same time.
The 24-year-old French skipper of course scored two of PSG’s goals in that 3-0 win, allowing the defending Ligue 1 champions to retain their 5-point lead at the summit of the French top-flight football after 17 games in 2023/2024.
